Chapter 1 General Rules

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to establish the terms, conditions, and procedures necessary for the use of Kidstopia (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by LG Uplus

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.

  1. 'Service' refers to all related programs and software such as the Company's Kidstopia app and Ai service.
  2. 'User' refers to a person who concludes a service use contract with the Company and uses the Service in accordance with the Terms.
  3. 'Content' means all works (spaces, avatars, items, videos, images, games, texts, stories, graphics, music, phrases, etc.) created by Uplus to organize and operate the Service, and includes all materials included in the Service, including the selection, placement, and arrangement of such works.

Article 3 (Statement, Effectiveness, and Change of Terms)

  1. The Company shall post the contents of this Agreement on the initial screen and setting screen of the Service so that users can easily recognize the contents of this Agreement. However, the specific contents of the Terms may be viewed by the user through the connection screen.
  2. The Company may revise these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Basic Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, and the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
  3. If the Company changes the Terms and Conditions, it shall notify the current Terms and Conditions on the homepage at least 15 days before the effective date, specifying the effective date and the reason for the revision. However, if the Company changes the contents of the Terms to the disadvantage of the user, it shall notify the user 30 days before the effective date.
  4. If the Company notifies the User of the change of the Terms pursuant to Paragraph 3 and the User does not expressly express his/her refusal to the change of the Terms by the effective date of the change of the Terms, the Company shall be deemed to have agreed to the change of the Terms.
  5. If the user does not agree to the changed terms of Paragraph 3, the user may stop using the service and terminate the use agreement.

Article 4 (Rules other than Terms and Conditions)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Basic Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, and the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

Chapter 2 Establishment of Use Agreement
