LG Uplus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws to legally process and safely manage personal information. Although the Kidstopia service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service') does not currently process users' personal information, in preparation for future processing, we establish and disclose the following privacy policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to guide information subjects about procedures and standards for personal information processing and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.

Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing)

The Company currently does not process users' personal information, and when it does process it in the future, it will not use personal information for purposes other than the following. If the purpose of use changes, necessary measures will be taken, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Member Registration and Login Management

Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirming membership registration intention, maintaining membership qualifications and login management, confirming legal representative's consent when processing personal information of children under 14 years of age, preventing service misuse, and various notifications and announcements.

Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)

1. The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period specified by law or consented to by users when collecting personal information.
2. The processing and retention periods for each type of personal information are as follows:
   • Member registration and login management: Until membership withdrawal

However, until the following reasons are terminated:

• Until the completion of investigation or examination if investigation or examination is ongoing due to violation of relevant laws
• One year from the date of consent when consent is obtained from legal representative
• Until the end of recovery request period after membership withdrawal (90 days from withdrawal date)
• Despite paragraphs 1 and 2, until the end of the following periods
• Retention of communication confirmation data under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act
  • Computer communication, internet log records, access location tracking data: 3 months

1. Until the end of the period required to be preserved under other laws

Article 3 (Categories of Personal Information Processed)

1. The Company currently does not process members' personal information.
2. During service use, the following information, though not personal information, may be generated and collected:

• Service usage records, visit records, device information (type, model name, OS version, APP version, device identifier, language and country), character name

1. When creating characters and related content using the Company's service, we do not use the user's camera function (only screen capture is used), and do not copy or transmit users' photos to the Company's server.
